Who says the federal Income Tax is an excise tax on the 'privilege' of using credit instruments without rights of property? Whether we hold and use silver, gold, "Pay To" instruments, "Pay to the Orde4r of" instruments, credit notes, FRN's, or notes from Mommy, they all represent fruits of our labor which IS exclusive and peculiar private property regardless of how accounted for.
