: : Being naturalized on July 1994, I am teaching myself what it means to be an American, and in the process I have uncovered a total can of worms. My task now is to learn what I can do about this confusion in American law as it applies to a Naturalized Citizen. I am currently looking into Washington state Citizenship.

: : Does anyone have general information on this subject as it pertains to Naturalized Citizens, or specific information in regards to Washington state itself? Or is this a game that only those born here may play? (constructive fraud anybody?)

: Constructive fraud is a common law action. The 14th Amendment is in plain view of anybody who elects to be naturalized as a US citizen.

First there must be a state.

Washington is not a state.

Washington is a State of, that is, a mere county in the Soviet-style pyramid of Parliaments, the superstate New Columbia, just a Military district.
