Are not all "drivers licenses" commercial licenses anyways ?
I have w/o Prejudice over my signature and the (green) seal says 1889, I dont belive it "removes jurisdiction"
I think it expressly reserves rights not expressedly waved on the contract, and can form a basis for a "controversy", any corrections are welcome =]
t.d.c. is another matter, as it can nullify the contract (no meeting of minds)
