DATELINE:
10-31-97, Senate Aid, from local Ft. Myers Florida Office to
U.S. Senator Connie Mack, Vice Chairman of the Joint Commission on
Economics, under his name, lies and denies all alligations presented
to (her) in regards to the IRS.
She stated that all she can do is return, re-file the same documents,
(with a cover letter from the Senators' Office of course) that I had
given her, back to the IRS Atlanta Service Center, and not to the
Commissioner of the IRS as my cover letter in the packet to the
Senator had requested.She also stated that they most likely will
return an answer that was not favorable to me.
She also stated that in light of "all" the Affidavits of proof and
questions that I had sent them I was most likely and undoubtly been
assigned a number to my IMF which placed me in a catagory of "that of
a tax protester."

For those of you who may be new to this forum see my posting of 10-25-97
for info regarding my situation.
BACKGROUND.
I think at this time I should provide some of you with some insight
into who and what I am.
I am a graduate of Trinity University with an LLD Degree, That's
a Doctor of Legal Letters, i.e, Prior to my untimely and needed heart
operation in Nov., 1991 I WROTE CASE LAW, and in the 14 years of doing so
I have found that the IRS, and their minnions, the state and federal judges,
the federal prosecutors do nothing but twist and lie to make examples
of anyone who questions, or confronts government agencies, i.e., the
IRS with the truth. And, quess what folks, and this includes yours
truely at this point, WE DO NOT STAND A CHANCE.
Case in point; What chance do you think we have when the office of the
Vice Chairman of the Joint Commission on Economics says, to put it
bluntly, Everyone is required to pay taxes, and everyone has no choice.
The only solution that I see is the following.
The IRS has an army. An army of some 50,000 + members to field
against us. Not to mention the judicial and administrative branches
as well. Do any of you think that as an individual you stand a chance
against such an army, regardless of the Proof and Truth of Facts you
may posses? I DO NOT THINK SO!
So the only true solution is, instead of B(*&^%$G and complaining
to each other we need to gather our resources, ban together as
a whole, become an army of our own, an army of millions, and inundate,
at a given coordinated time, the IRS Commissioner and Congressman
and Senators with the truth. Place so much truth before their faces
that their so called info centers will go into melt down and will
force them into facing the truth and in doing something about it.
Also consider this. The IRS and taxes will never be abolished or
done away with. Therefore I suggest that each and every one of us
overload the Congress and the Senate with demands that a "National
Consumption Tax be written into Law, without argument or discussion(s). That
this Law state that;
NO VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT) WILL EVER BE IMPOSED BY CONGRESS NOW AND
FOREVER. ALL OTHER TAXES AND TAX BREAKS ON THE 'SO CALLED INCOME OF
INDIVIDUALS BE DONE AWAY WITH NOW AND FOREVER. THAT THE EXPECTED
FLAT TAX NEVER BE WRITTEN INTO LAW, NOW AND FOREVER. THAT NO GOVERNMENT
OR TAXING AGENCY OR AUTHORITY, WILL, NOW AND FOREVER BE BANNED OR
EVER AGAIN BE ALLOWED TO INVADE THE PRIVATE OR PUBLIC LIFE,
OCCUPATION, PROPERTY< OR ACTIVITY OF ANY INDIVIDUAL.
Simple, direct, understood by all, one paragraph tax law, not the
hidden 9,000 pages + supplements that we know have.
What this will do is the following;
1...All of those trillions of dollars that are within the underground
economy and those individuals, including Congressmen, Senators, Drug
Dealers, Foundations, Trusts, and Estates and any others that I may
have failed to mention will now be required to pay their fair share of
taxes just like the rest of us.
Case in point.
Some time back, I believe it was in Clifornia, there was a test
done regarding the "nickle a dring tax" on the purchase of alcohol,
which was done, if memory serves, by M.A.D.D., I do not recall the city
it was done in, but, suffice it to say that, the result of this two
year test was, that there was enough tax collected over the two years
to tear up every street and rebuild them for the NEXT 20 YEARS.
Interesting enough though, and as far as I know, for some mysterious reason, this never
went into effect. If in fact it did, the taxes collected never went
for the betterment of it's people.
Case in point.
Las Vegas. The gambling tax that is paid has created such a state
revenue that the citizens of Las Vegas pay NO STATE TAX.
Anyone who does not agree with this has something to hide?
What they are hiding is the FACT the they want to use loopholes,
hidden trusts, foundations and estates to NOT PAY ANY TAX AT ALL.
I've said enough!
The rest is up to you Sheepeople. Stand together and demand
to be totally and completely FREE and not a SLAVE to any master.

As for myself. I'm mad as hell and will not stand for it any longer.
I took an oath when I joined the Military. That oath stated that
"I would uphold and defend the Constitution and the United States of
America against enemies both foreign and domestic."
Under the term domestic it did not state or define that an domestic
enemy was, "every one but..."
