to provide you with some information.
Two minor points that may be of some use to you
though. I don't know if these are really correct,
but they seem to have some plausability. One is that
making a motion to do something (dimiss) places the
action in the future, and the judge doesn't have to
act on it now. So, make a motion for dismissal or
a motion of dismissal. The other has to do with
being coersed to make a plea. What you can do is
state that you are not ready to plea, and that is
correct since you had questions about the jurisdiction
of the court.
