I need help, I severed a Petition demand a habeas Corpus Hearing to the US Supreme Court, They sent me back a example of a Writ of Cert.
and Rules of US Supreme Court and it states one has 90 days to file a writ of Cert this person has been in jail more than 90 days what can we do now?: He is in jail for failing to file a tax return the the state of NC.
He has filed in the Federal District Court a "Title 42" everyone has defaulted and 2 months later the judge of Federal Court dismissed the case and refused to give judgement to the Plaintiff.
and now does any one have suggestions.
The judge he went before to be judged was a named defendant on the 42 suit, but still went ahead and judged the Plaintiff/defendant
GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS THIS PATRIOT WANT'S TO GO HOME HELP
THANKS
