can anyone help us here in nc.
Got 4 invaild indictments for failure to file nc tax returns.
He's been in and out of jsil for 4 years,
for failure to file state income tax returns
and when he gets out of jail the Federal IRS is planning to garnish his pay check for federal taxes
can anyone help
we have already filed a Title 42 suit in Federal District Court against state officials.
they all defaulted and 2 months after the defendants defaulted to answer a Federal Summon's the judge dismissed the case
we need help the state and federal courts here are doing what they want
this patriot is in jail and wants to go home.
