The IRS wants ro round up new residents to the US as quickly as possible, so they use Form 9003 as a mandatory requirement to get a Green Card. Form 9003 lists OMB 1545-1065 but I cannot find that one as it is neither under revision nor is used for American citizens. Does anyone know where to locate it, at what internet site?
