: Could anyone help me find any information on what kind of punishment

The Presidency is listed under Title 1, USC, and crimes and punishments under Title 18 USC.
If there is no particular mention of what happens to the President that fails, like under perjury for perjury of oath, then impeachment should be the only recourse.
This latter we believe to be true. What mayhem would result if, every time the chief executive officer made a mistake, he went to jail for twenty years? No-one would ever aspire to the job, and those who did get there would be afraid to do the job.
The thing to do, because the Pres has unqualified immunity, is to make your case to the congress and demand impeachment.
We don't like the guy either. We think he's a liar, thief, cheat, and a rotten Commie S.O.B., and we didn't vote for him either. Those that did vote for him put him into office. Guess millions of people CAN be wrong after all.
