They interestingly enought sent one piece of correspondence stating I have a duty to pay as a public employee. [USAFR] The withholding amount is greater than the income recieved from the Reserves for that taxable year. They suggested the possiblity of lein and levy. I have sent notice to my bank(s) of the unlawful nature of the IRS notices, and their code sections requiring civil action to recover. Anything less would be a deprivation of rights, if (public employees have such things). It appears, however, it will cost me my marriage to pursue these things, and others like them. My spouse will not investigate any claim, nor offer any rebuttal to my research. Don't rock the boat seems the course for my spouse. So I am at a loss as to what my 'Christian' duty is, let my spouse leave, with the children, or surrend to the system I now know to be apposed to my Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ and retain my family. If I can determine that I will not jepardise my relationship with Jesus by surrendering, then I choose my family. However what do I do with the knowledge I now posses? Hear none, See none, Do none. Is ignorance truely bliss?!?!?!? By the way, I found 'Friends' refference to 666 and SSN. The revision of the social security act to include 'cradle to grave' welfare occured in 1939 (this is the present system of Social Security as we know it). Suggestion: Contact Rightway Law and learn as much as you possibly can about our legal system, the rules, how to play and how to protect what freedom you have left.
In response to your wife's position... that's not a place I'd want to be... maybe this can help in some way. I was told by a mentor when I started on my path to freedom "that theres always a price to pay" and I should weigh the price before moving ahead. Maybe you could start gradually... not make alot of wave in regards to your wife and see what happens down the road. Something to keep in mind... many experts are predicting a massive meltdown of our society as we know it as of mid to late 1999 because of the miellium computer bug. That's not that far way... if it happens... it will be scary and exciting at the same time. This is something I would suggest looking more into via the web. Maybe at that time, after the poop hits the fan, your wife would be more open to your new knowledge! Just an idea.
I would reccommend preparing for the year 2000 crash vs. trying to fight the govt. at this point. Your family will need you to make it through this crisis!
