Can't see how it would prevent the jurisdiction, as it is a contract entered into knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily - and with both eyes wide open.
However, we do believe you have stated quite plainly that you will not accept any administrative action without proper lawful process for judicial review.
After all, you are engaged in a licensable activity, by your own admission, but of itself does not deny you your right to "Due process of Law."
