: : I AM LOOKING FOR ALL INFORMATION CONCERNING ACTUAL GOV. PUBLICATIONS
: : AND DOCUMENTS THAT MAY BE USEFUL IN THE FORMATION OF
: : A RELIANCE DEFENSE.

: : THANK YOU.

: Dear Sir,

: A great place to start is the publication of "The Law That Never Was"
: Vol. I & II. If you are unfamilar with these I will be happy to
: post the authors and last known contact address.
: Paul is aware and familar with this publication and mentions them in
: the "Federal Zone" publication I believe. I ,as well, am interested
: in any supporting documentation. Another source is
: lawresearch.com an internet legal service that is quite reasonable and
: actively adding cases to their library

: It would be great to post all info for all to use.

Write to the USDC in San Antonio, Texas,
and request information about viewing
the case file in Knox v. USA, first
docketed in 1989. This court ruled
that Mr. and Mrs. John Knox, as
Citizens of Texas state, were legally
nonresident aliens with respect to
the municipal jurisdiction of Congress,
and their injunction request was granted.

John's winning brief was fully edited
and then published in Appendix A of
"The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code
of Internal Revenue," electronic seventh
edition. The case file is currently
archived in Fort Worth, Texas state.

years ago.
