Greetings again,

Question? I have heard refernces to the Behold bill of particulars, does anyone know how to get this info?

Also does anyone have any imput about the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (28 USC 1602-1611) and how it might help?

How is the best and fastest way to challenge jurisdiction and/or apply for a change of venue? Is there a form or procedure that needs to be followed? Can this be done before the advisement? Time is running out quickly, advisement is scheduled for 3-20.

FYI. I spoke with a local criminal attorney who inturn spoke with the Attorney Generals office re: change of venue. The attorney general handling the case said he's not interested in a change of venue. Is this his call? Even this local attorney who is NOT a constitutional type, was questioning venue location, why the investigation took so long (2yrs), why are they charging us for a crime now 8 months after the trustee signed a sales tax license. Anyway, it's interesting when even those in the "system" are confused.

Thanks for all your Help

Bill Morris
