COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris, Citizen of Arizona
state, expressly not a citizen of the United States ("federal
citizen"), Counselor at Law, Federal Witness, Private Attorney
General, Candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives,
Defendant and Cross-Plaintiff in the instant case (hereinafter
"Defendant"), to provide formal Notice to all interested
party(s), and to demand mandatory judicial notice by this
honorable Court, pursuant to Rule 201(d) of the Federal Rules of
Evidence, of this, Defendant's THIRD VERIFIED CRIMINAL CROSS-
COMPLAINT, charging the following named individuals, both jointly
and severally, with the corresponding criminal violations
enumerated infra.
Defendant hereby formally charges:
Eugene Hays with:
(1) being an accessory after the fact to, and facilitation of,
false imprisonment, false arrest, extortion, and criminal
trespass, in violation of Arizona Revised Statute ("ARS") 13-1004(A) (one count each);
(2) hindering prosecution in the first degree: by rendering
assistance to two (2) men alleging falsely to represent the
State of Arizona as city prosecutors but refusing to reveal
any identification in violation of ARS 13-2310(A), with the
intent to hinder their apprehension, prosecution, conviction
and/or punishment, and by concealing the identity of same,
in violation of ARS 13-2510(6) and 13-2512(A) (one count).
John Doe #2 with:
(1) actual fraud upon Defendant pursuant to a scheme or artifice
to defraud, knowingly to obtain a monetary benefit by means
of false and fraudulent pretenses, representations,
promises, and/or material omissions, specifically by
concealing his identity at an alleged hearing in the instant
case had on November 25, 1997, before Mr. Eugene Hays supra,
in violation of ARS 13-2310(A) (one count);
(2) hindering prosecution for, being an accessory after the fact
to, and facilitation of, false imprisonment, false arrest,
extortion, and criminal trespass, in violation of ARS secs.
13-1004(A), 13-2510, and 13-2512(A) (one count each);

John Doe #3 with:
