COME NOW  the People of the United States of America (hereinafter

"Petitioners"), ex  relatione Paul  Andrew, Mitchell, B.A., M.S.,

Citizen of  Arizona state  (hereinafter "Relator"),  to  petition

this honorable  Court for  formal judicial Notice of the attached

Freedom of  Information Act ("FOIA") request to the United States

Attorney General  for the official credentials of all 633 federal

agents who  rotated in  and out of the standoff with the "Montana

Freemen" in  Garfield county,  Montana state,  including also FBI

Agent Thomas  T.  Kubic,  the  local  FBI  "commander",  and  FBI

Director Louis  J. Freeh,  and to  provide notice  of same to all

interested parties.   Said  FOIA request  is incorporated here by

reference as if set forth fully herein.

     For the  convenience of  this honorable  Court,  Petitioners

have attached  a copy  of "A Citizen's Guide on Using the Freedom

of Information  Act and  the  Privacy  Act  of  1974  to  Request

request and  also incorporated  here by reference as if set forth

fully herein.
