Amended Jury  Selection  Plan  approved  by  the  Judges  of  the
District of  Montana, Billings  Division, subject  to approval by
the Judicial  Council of  the Ninth Circuit, pursuant to the Jury
Selection and  Service Act of 1968, as amended (28 U.S.C. Section
1861 et seq.).

     For your  information, We  have enclosed  a comparable  Jury
Selection Plan  from the  United States  District Court  for  the
Eastern District  of California,  as  filed  on  March  11,  1992
(General order No. 286).
