SUBJECT:  Mail Forwarding


Please accept  this MEMO  as my  formal written  request that you
forward all future mail addressed to me either at P.O. Box 80446,
Billings, Montana state, or care of ("c/o") The Freedom Center at
the same box, and re-route all such mail to the following mailing
location:

               Paul Andrew Mitchell
               Counselor at Law and federal witness
               c/o 2509 North Campbell Avenue, Suite 1776
               Tucson, Arizona state
               Postal Zone 85719/tdc


This is  my firm agreement to pay for all postage fees to forward
all mail other than first class items.  The Tucson location above
is United States Post Office Station #749.

Also, would it be possible for you to investigate the fate of the
first class  and other  U.S. mail  which has been addressed to me
and delivered to P.O. Box 80446, between the period of time since
October 8,  1996, and the present?  I have reason to believe that
the staff  of The  Freedom Center may be opening first class mail
addressed to  me, but  without either  my prior written or verbal
authorization.   Perhaps you  could call  them and request for me
that they  return all  such mail to you, for proper forwarding by
your office.  I will make the same request of them in writing, as
soon as I finish this memo to you.
