                             NOTICE

Formal Notice  is hereby  given to  all interested parties of the

second set  of clerical  updates  to  the  Miscellaneous  Exhibit

previously  filed   in  the   instant  case.     The  typist  was

experiencing severe  eye strain  during the  data entry  of  said

Exhibit.   Modern scanner  hardware and  software were  unable to

decipher the facsimile copy, which was the only version available

to the typist at that time.  Mr. Meador's updated "Public Notice"

was  received  in  the  mail  only  after  this  data  entry  was

performed.   Said "Public  Notice" has  now  been  filed  in  the

instant case;   it  is more  up-to-date  than  the  Miscellaneous

Exhibit;   and it  should be relied in preference to the material

contained in  the latter document.  The corrected and uncorrected

pages of the Miscellaneous Exhibit are attached, as follows:
