P.S.  had one client's consultant
call me to get help with software
I have never used, after I told
the client what software to buy.
Now he wants an electronic copy
of a brief, and he wants it yesterday.
So I sent it three times, and the
even the consultant can't find it.
These problems cannot ALL be related.
Sometimes it's just plain incompetence.
