I just got off the telephone with
the Dean of Academic Affairs in
the Law School at the University
of Arizona, and she is going to
speak with the Chief Justice,
to see if he has any objections
to taping the remaining noon-time
lectures of the Chief Justice.

I told her that there are numerous 
people on the Internet who will be 
very happy to have access to official
transcripts, provided that the Chief
Justice will consent to publishing
them in this fashion.
