Objection.  It requires you to testify,
if summoned to do so, because the
Constitution empowers the federal government
to obtain compulsory testimony:

  "... to have compulsory process for obtaining
   witnesses in his favor ...."  
                                  Sixth Amendment

So, you should go when compelled, because that
testimony then renders you a federal witness.
