SUBJECT:  Obstruction of Justice by Procter Hug, alleging to be
          Chief Judge of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals


Honorable Chairmen:

This is  our formal  written Notice to you of our specific intent
to file  a verified  complaint against  Mr. Procter  Hug, for one
criminal  violation   of  the  federal  statute  which  prohibits
obstruction of justice in federal judicial proceedings.

The enclosed  VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT should provide you with
sufficient information  and the  necessary leads to the remaining
evidence in  the matter of the ongoing criminal conspiracy within
the United States District Court in Arizona state.

Please be  advised hereby  that the  enclosed  DEMAND  TO  APPEAR
BEFORE A  COMPETENT AND QUALIFIED GRAND JURY must be specifically
satisfied no  later than November 30, 1997, beyond which deadline
we fully  intend to press a single charge against Mr. Procter Hug
for obstruction of justice.  This is a felony.
