I am writing to express my sincere appreciation
to Brian in Tech Support, for getting us up, and
running, on Windows 95/OSR2, with the 16-bit version
of Eudora Pro.  I also appreciate his excellent
recommendations for a long-term solution, which
we will implement, in due time.  

Brian was particularly sensitive to our need to get going
this morning, and his advice worked the first time.  

It is this kind of expertise which will continue to
sustain us as dedicated Eudora customers.  

We also appreciate your generosity in extending
our expired 90-day support period, for another week.  
If things continue as they are now, we won't be needing 
to bother you for quite some time.
