Subject: Serious Economic Proposal: abolish federal income taxes

Politics don't impress me too much.

I am on "Mission Impossible" here --
dismantling the IRS, and I am very
dedicated to this goal, now year 7
of a 10 year project. 

The bigger problem we must solve is
the "two pump" phenomenon.  FRB pumps
FRN's into the economy;  IRS sucks them
out of the economy.  If we stop one
pump, we will be facing hyper-inflation,
so we need to do something about the 
FRB's injection pump too. 

More on this later.
