I had to re-transmit the message with the subject of
OFFER TO PROVE RACKETEERING, because I inadvertently
disabled the "signature" option in my menu bar.

I located the problem, switched it back ON, and
then re-transmitted that particular message, because
the signature portion was designed to be part of
the original message (see beginning of that message).

Please excuse this oversight on my part.
