Cc: [address in toolbar]

Dean,

These two files are subordinate in time
to Gilbertson's OPENING BRIEF, so they
should appear like this, in positions 3 & 4:

  1. OPENING BRIEF
  2. [Appellees' Brief: tba]
  3. MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE ENLARGED BRIEF [attachment #1]
  4. FIRST SUPPLEMENT TO MOTION FOR LEAVE [attachment #2]
      TO FILE ENLARGED BRIEF

The Appellees' Brief will need to be
transcribed and, at the moment, I do
not have the time. Perhaps we could
drop a short, one-page notice there,
to advise people to enroll in the
Supreme Law School, which will make
them eligible to get the scanned
and compressed .BMP files from me,
as email attachments or, later on,
by calling the 900 number for specific
directions.

I am using BinHex until further notice
from you.

BINHEX is best (I'm a Mac OS head anyway).

Sounds good Paul. It will be up by week's end.
