Subject: Fighting Back

The case of Hooven & Allison v. Evatt,
which ruled that the term "United States" 
has three meanings in law, was decided in 1945,
the year of the first nuclear war ever
recorded on planet Earth.  People had
other things on their minds, surely.

How many noticed then, and how long did
it take before this case became general
knowledge?  Answer: 45 more, circa 1990.
The Gulf War was a "terrific" cover for
inoculating American GI's with a pandemic,
infectious virus.
