Several years ago, Jeffrey Thayer and
Richard McDonald produced a videotape
which discussed how Jeff had uncovered
a huge number of changes in the local
rules for the U.S. Court of Claims.

These changes had been written and
approved, in anticipation of a large
number of wrongful death claims to be
brought against the United States,
in that particular federal court.

For a while, we were thinking it was a
program for inoculating children, which 
they had in mind.  Now we know better.

If you want more compelling evidence of this 
murder racket, I think you are in for a very
hard time, to find it.
