 on account of race, creed, color, gender, or 
 previous condition of servitude.

"Section 2.

"The Fourteenth, Sixteenth, and Seventeenth
 amendments [sic] are hereby repealed.

"Section 3.

"The Congress shall have power to enforce
 this article by appropriate legislation."


First bill to be submitted to the Congress,
during a future term of office, pursuant
to Article V of the Constitution for the
United States of America, as lawfully amended.
