TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Two proof copies of "The Federal Zone," 2nd ed.,
were mailed to the Acquisitions Librarian
at the Library of Congress, and the book
has now been entered into evidence in
several federal court cases, and also
in People v. Boxer, California Supreme
Court case number #S-030016. See the
Full Faith and Credit Clause for
constitutional authority. As such,
the book has been incorporated into
lawful affidavits, by reference, under
authority of 28 U.S.C. 1746(1). See,
e.g. U.S.A. v. Gilbertson, OPENING BRIEF,
at Internet URL:

  http://supremelaw.com/library/usa_vs_gilbertson/opening.html

If you wish to make any claims to the
contrary, you must now do so under
penalty of perjury, before we will
take them seriously.

The information at Internet URL:

  http://supremelaw.com/wwwboard/messages/1200.html

is now effectively served upon you and your company.

We also highly recommend Internet URL:

  http://www.spa.org/piracy

for your continuing legal education.

Have a nice day!
