SUBJECT: Final
Demand for Payment on Claim for Reward
Dear Postmaster:
Formal demand is hereby made of you timely to
satisfy, in full, the outstanding INVOICE on my previously filed Claim for
Reward Payment, pursuant to USPS Poster 296, and the voluminous verified
documentary evidence which I have previously served upon Mr. James A Crawford,
Postal Inspector, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Tucson, Arizona (see
attached).
If full payment is not received in full
within ten (10) calendar days of your receipt of this DEMAND, I shall proceed
on the basis of the presumption that I have exhausted all available
administrative remedies in this matter, and that the United States Postal
Service wishes to litigate this matter in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
