This technique has been used over the years to get employees to quit. I have endured this treatment for as long as I can and have
written to the president of the hospital. I have followed hospital procedure regarding trying to talk to your supervisor, mangager, director,
human resource dept and finally the president. I was told recently that another employee in my department filed a discrimination suit with
the EEOC against our manager and won. Would I be able to file under this same action or be able to go back and be included in the past suit?
