Being naturalized on July 1994, I am teaching myself what it means to be an American, and in the process I have uncovered a total can of worms. My task now is to learn what I can do about this confusion in American law as it applies to a Naturalized Citizen. I am currently looking into Washington state Citizenship.
Does anyone have general information on this subject as it pertains to Naturalized Citizens, or specific information in regards to Washington state itself? Or is this a game that only those born here may play? (constructive fraud anybody?)
