: State sovereignty is not just an end in itself: -Rather, federalism secures to citizens the liberties that derive from the diffusion of sovereign power.-
: NY v. US 1992, please pay very careful attention, the court DOES NOT use words like 'sovereignty' LIGHTLY. It knows EXACTLY what it is saying when it says it. And to call anything 'sovereign' IS A RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN STATUS

And, therefore, those who would argue that
the Union states no longer exist, MUST, of
necessity, admit that their destruction
is an event which has already happened.

If anyone can point to the exact historical
event which destroyed all 50 Union states,
I will show you, in that event, an act
of blatant treason, punishable by death.

It is an act ultra vires, to be sure.

The destruction of the Union states,
in this hypothetical scenario, must also
have been intentional and premeditated,
and not some historical accident.

I find it unavoidable to conclude that
their mythical destruction conforms
precisely to the definition of treason
the Framers intended.

So, let it be known, to all apologists
for treason: COME FORWARD AND IDENTIFY
YOURSELVES, by name, telephone number,
and Post Office location. But, I can
understand completely why you might
prefer to hide, behind phony titles
and other misleading character strings.

(CAPITAL LETTERS used here, because that is
YOUR chosen mode of language.)

There is no excuse, or defense, for treason.
