#2) residing at 4810 Saint Paul Boulevard; a federal address puts you in a commercial venue and indicates free mail delivery and acceptance of prividge and benefit from the federal government.
#3)Sworn to before me this 19th day of September, 1998.; indicates the use of the Roman Calender date instead of Years of Our Lord.
#4) Susan K. Chaffee; indicates NOTICE was sworn before legal fiction-nom de guerre.
#5)Notary Public in New York state, County of Monroe.:indicates an agency operating under the authority of the Federal Government.
#6)FIRST MIDDLE; LAST NAME; indicates nom de guerre to say the least!
Conclution;This claim also has no semblance of merit.
