While you're cruising around in that great work,
try to take notes when he writes about Article III.

He was, evidently, of the opinion that this Article
should be constructed to give Congress no discretion
about establishing CONSTITUTIONAL COURTS, as we have
already discussed in this forum.

I am sure that others will very much appreciate
what you may find, in Story's great opus.

Please share your thoughts, and findings,
