In my capacity as a Private Attorney General properly representing the United States ex rel. in the case of Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al., U.S. Supreme Court docket number #03-5070, the United States hereby wishes to lodge this FORMAL CLAIM against the United States federal judiciary, pursuant to the authority at Article 41 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
We hereby certify that all available domestic judicial remedies have now been invoked and exhausted in this matter.
Please refer to the enclosed certified documentation for a preliminary review of relevant facts and laws:
