Mr. Gonzales:

 

It is my duty to inform you that you are now under formal investigation on suspicion of being a principal, and an accessory after the fact, to torture, genocide, incitement to genocide, and criminal child abuse (see partial list of criminal statutes above).

 

 

MIRANDA WARNING

 

Pursuant to the holding of the Supreme Court of the United States in Miranda v. Arizona, you are hereby formally notified that you have the fundamental Right to remain silent;  you have the fundamental Right to effective assistance of Counsel;  and, anything that you say, or do, from this point forward, can and will be held against you in the District Court of the United States ("DCUS"), an Article III federal court of competent jurisdiction, pursuant to the federal statute at 18 U.S.C. 3231.
