Did you revoke all signatures with regard to any and all documents relating to the
“vehicle” that you are now claiming is an “automobile”. Did you send the plates and registration back to the “STATE” as their property with documents explaining just cause for this action. Did you make new plates for your supposed to be “automobile” depicting who you are and by what law you are traveling upon the public highways in a safe and reasonable fashion, or to put it lawfully in a normal capacity versus an extraordinary capacity. Did you and several of your cohorts visit your STATES motor vehicle director and reasonably explain your intentions so he/she could send a memo off to local law enforcement regarding your standing with regard to the law.

If an officer spotted my automobile on the highway with no plates I sure as hell hope he stops it because maybe it is stolen and I want it back. Notice is the first rule of due process and therefore you must give the officer notice as to your actions, this is why you must have some kind of
Identifier stating your intentions.
