What a believer of political deception + ruse you are!

No constitution survived under the parliamentary law of voluntary assemblies when when Congress walked out in 1861.

It sure gets old repeating facts, law, reality and history to someone trying to save face and commerce.

The Lieber Code freed the slaves.

The reality of today's system of LAW ENFORCEMENT + COURTS matchs the system of LAW (code + regulation) installed by the Lieber Code.
